Learn to bring healing, stabilization and compassion to your upper body with a therapeutic Forrest Yoga practice. Whether you’re working with undiagnosed sensitivity or repetitive strain injuries like carpel tunnel syndrome and tendonitis, or a specific injury to the shoulder, elbow, wrist or hands, this workshop will provide you with tools to learn how to modify yoga poses that involve weight bearing on the upper body so that you will feel safe and empowered in your yoga practice.
