When: Third Sunday of every month, 5-7 p.m.
Yoga of 12-Step Recovery is a mindful, holistic approach to recovery from behavioral addictions to substance abuse, as well as those who are impacted by a loved one’s addiction. We begin with a supportive sharing circle and then transition into an all-levels, gentle yoga and meditation class. Based on the philosophy that "the issues live in the tissues," we aim to release tension from the body and break free of patterns that no longer serve us. Through practice we develop strength, resiliency, and peace of mind so we can recover well. Prior yoga experience is not necessary. All "A's" welcome!
