Write Now is a monthly writing group that practices getting present through writing and meditation. Each session focuses on a theme, offering a unique monthly invitation to explore getting present throughout the year. No previous meditation or creative writing experience needed. Many practitioners of meditation report that they have noticed an ‘unblocking’ of energy, including better health, a clearer mind, and greater creativity.
