Workshop: Chocolate Truffles & Bonbons Demystified

In this hands-on workshop, chocolate maker Brian Wallace, founder of Endorfin Foods, will teach participants how to create their own luxuriously decadent chocolate truffles, taking the mystery out of the process and allowing time for participants to get their hands into the chocolate themselves so everyone has a couple of their own freshly made treats to go home with. This workshop will focus on using minimally processed whole food ingredients, including healthier substitution options for all dietary persuasions.
