Sun., July 25 2010
(415) 627-9141

The Bay Area's beloved Midsummer Mozart Festival is back for its 36th season, including two programs scheduled in the beautiful First Congregational Church in Berkeley.

East Bay Express eBlast subscribers should send an email to eBlast@EastBayExpress.com with the subject "Mozart" to enter to win a pair of tickets for both Berkeley concerts. Deadline for entry is Friday, July 16.

Acclaimed conductor and Music Director, George Cleve, leads the Festival Orchestra in a season of contrasts and a celebration of a composer for all ages. Program I features our youngest soloist ever, 14-year-old piano sensation, Audrey Vardanega, the masterful Robin Hansen on violin, and the dramatic Symphony No. 40 in g minor. Program II offers a celebration of the piano concerto by the inimitable Seymour Lipkin, ballet music from Idomeneo, as well as two rarely heard concert arias for bass that will be sung by Jeremy Galyon.

Tickets start at just $30. Don't wait, order yours today! Call 1.800.838.3006 or visit www.MidsummerMozart.org.
