Wild Ginger Menu

Price: $

Restaurant Details

Unlike most Chinese restaurants in the Bay Area, Wild Ginger offers a refreshingly short menu focused on noodle dishes from Xi’an, China. These include spicy cumin lamb noodle soup, noodles with fermented soybean paste and pork, and cold-skin noodles, which you’d be hard-pressed to find anywhere else in the area. The family-run restaurant also specializes in mala tang, a style of street food that originated in the Sichuan province, where items of your choice are cooked in a spicy, numbing broth.
