WestWave Dance Festival

Showcasing finished works and works-in-progress by highly regarded choreographers, the WestWave Dance Festival presents five different companies in one evening, at a recession-friendly price. WestWave's nineteenth season kicks off Monday, Sept. 20, with contemporary dance from the East Bay's Kat Worthington (Copious Dance Theater) and Katie Faulkner (little seismic dance company), Smuin Ballet choreographer-in-residence Amy Seiwert(im'ij-re), hip-hop-modern-jazz fusion by Corte Madera's Stacey Printz(Printz Dance Project), and the expressive athleticism of former Paul Taylor dancerTakehiroUeyama(TAKE Dance).
