Richard Kimball, President of the nationally recognized non-profit Vote Smart, will host a fun, provocative “Facts Matter” presentation, which includes these four sections: The founding Fathers fear that if they cast power out to the people, they would not know enough to self-govern successfully and "factions" would take control. How fun, famous and dangerous political commercials manipulate people emotionally instead of informing them intellectually. "A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is still putting on it's shoes." (Mark Twain) The growth of lies and the people's expectation and acceptance of them.
