Today’s video comes courtesy of Berkeley’s the Morning Benders. “Promises” off Big Echo kinda looks like a Noah Baumbach– or Wes Anderson-directed Bonnie and Clyde: hip, tragic, and cute. The band is currently touring the US with (separately, not all at once) Grizzly Bear, the Flaming Lips, the Black Keys, and Broken Bells (who they play with on May 21st at the Regency Ballroom). They end with Lollapalooza in Chicago on August 6-8.
