Chapter 1: Small Berries are Better
Thursday, Oct. 23, 6-9pm

Join a wine tasting and grape sampling from Eden Canyon Vineyards, featuring Southeast Asian cuisine from Red Lantern Restaurant. Every year, Dad (our vineyard manager) spends thousands of hours in the heat, rain, and frost, tending his grapes. And when they're at their ultimate peak, we pick them and crush them to a pulp.

For our Chapter 1 evening of The Life and Times of a Grape series, Dad's bringing grapes for us to see. Throughout the evening, we'll run ripeness tests, taste wine, eat, and discuss why this year's motto is: "small berries are better."

$15 admission. Purchase tickets by 10/22/08 at www.edencanyon.com/buy or call (805) 238-1241.
