Smarter-than average urban sex comedy springboards writer-director Tom Gormican’s shpritzy dialogue with a trio of bright young actors playing New York City bachelors on the make. Each one represents a definite type: the face man who can take home any woman in the place (Zac Efron); a cuddly lonelyheart on the rebound (Michael B. Jordan); and the guy who never fails to make a woman laugh (Miles Teller) – nobody can resist that. The title refers to the “So?” moment when casual relationships grind to a halt, right before the serious stage. And all three guys pledge to avoid crossing over that line. But that’s a canard. Don’t believe it. They’re matched step by step by an attractive cast of supporting females, including Imogen Poots, Mackenzie Davis, Kate Simses, and Jessica Lucas (94 min.).
