Hoop-dance can have a profound effect on the body, mind and spirit. This all-levels series explores hooping in the framework of authentic movement as well as learn on and off-body hooping and transitions. It is a return to fundamentals, connecting breath to movement and exploring intermediate moves. Beginners welcome. Maximum of 10 students. Hoops provided and available for purchase.
