Not your average stretch class! You will learn a series of safe and EFFECTIVE stretches for decreasing low back and hip pain, and increasing function and range of motion. Small class size (maximum of 10) means you get lots of individualized, hands-on support. Exploring pain relief, pain transformation, and the source of pain is just the beginning. Improving quality of life is my number one interest! Understanding your goals and helping you achieve them is my work.
