Join Rosenblum Cellars as we welcome our Chef of the Month Ieshia “Nikki” Buckingham. Chef Nikki will be offering free small bites that pair with our wines all month of May. Ieshia, better known as Chef Nikki, started cooking and baking at a very young age. After completing culinary school, Chef Nikki started to develop her own style of cooking which is blended with Italian and soul. She has an intense love for creating art through food and uses fresh, local ingredients because she believes in freshness. Information:
