Despite the fact that serial killer John Jigsaw Kramer (Tobin Bell) died three movies ago, he returns yet again in Saw VI to target, if you can believe it, predatory lenders and health insurance executives. Its not the topical subject matter, however, that makes the most recent Saw the best in the series since Jigsaw departed this earthly realm; its the fact that the filmmakers have actually managed to tie up all the convoluted retro-altered storylines they left uncompleted in the last two installments. Even more impressive? They do it with style, with some of the most ingenious games of torture yet (90 min.).
