Sausage Making Class

When: Sun., May 17, 5-7 p.m., Sun., June 28, 5-7 p.m., Sun., July 19, 5-7 p.m. and Sun., Aug. 16, 5-7 p.m. 2015

Learn how to make sausages with The Local Butcher Shop’s Sausage Makers. Each participant will make their own sausage from pork. From grinding to mixing, recipes and proportions, to casings. And, you’ll go home with your creations (approximately 3 lbs. of pork sausage and 2 lbs. of lamb sausage).
