What’s up, San Diego and San Bernadino? Think you’re all that? Hate hippies so much you’ll sue the state in order to get the legal authority to throw medical pot users in jail? Well, it looks like even the state appellate court thinks you’re a couple of dicks. The Chron reports that yesterday, the court rejected the counties’ claim that complying with state medical marijuana laws would force them to implicitly violate federal drug statutes, and ordered county administrators to start issuing cards identifying people as patients legally authorized to get really baked.
