A special pop-up dinner with Chef Keisuke Akabori (Delage) and Timothy Sullivan (Hakkaisan Brewery) at Sequoia Diner. SAKQUESO! features a 5-course tasting menu highlighting CHEESE paired with a few of our favorite Hakkaisan sakes from Niigata, Japan, to pair with the dishes.
