When: Sat., Sept. 15, 1-10 p.m. and Sun., Sept. 16, 1-10 p.m. 2018
The hip-hop festival Rolling Loud originated in Miami in 2015, and since then, it has expanded from one day to two and launched into cities across the country — and soon it will land in other parts of the world, too. The Bay Area edition is in its second year. In 2017, the festival took place at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View. This year, it will be taking over the Oakland Coliseum grounds. Wiz Khalifa and Travis Scott will headline Saturday and Sunday, respectively. In addition to these two heavy-hitters, there are also local artists on the bill, including Marty Grimes, E-40, Kamaiyah, Berner, P-Lo, and ALLBLACK. There are general admission and VIP tickets available, but unfortunately, if you’d rather only attend one day, there are no single-day tickets available. Don’t miss your chance to see some of the best acts in hip-hop from past and present all under the Oakland sky.
