The restaurant's 64th Rock Wall Wine Company dinner, with special guest speaker Shauna Rosenblum, features Carpaccio of Angus beef with crispy vegetables and wasabi ginger vinaigrette, paired with Viva la Blanc NV; roasted fig tartlet with wild arulagla and Chardonnay dressing, paired with 2010 Santa Lucia Chardonnay; braised lamb Osso Bucco with a Cabernet reduction, paired with 2009 Tannat Palindrome and raspberry lemon torte brulé paired with 2008 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc.
