Do you notice yourself slumping or tensing as you stand? Do you get up from a chair and still feel bent? Learn to relax chronic tensions in your back. Find supple strength in standing and walking. Using Hanna Somatic floor exercises and flowing Qigong movements, we will help integrate relaxation into movement and meditation.
