With some simple mindfulness and breathing techniques, you can become more relaxed and aware. Meditation instructor John Bass will show you how you can turn your day around in 1 to 5 minutes! Event is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. No RSVP required. Location: 1st floor - Room 118 (at the back of Waiting Area 108. across from Cafe) Parking lot onsite, 75 cents per hour.
