When: Second Wednesday of every month, 6-7 p.m.

The simple, natural movements of Self-Breema exercises support body, mind, and feelings to work together in the direction of increasing receptivity, balance, and openness to life. Self-Breema exercises take only a minute or two to do and can cut through stress, tension, or fatigue and supply you with fresh energy. Practicing Self-Breema invites physical flexibility, emotional balance and mental clarity. The exercises are done sitting or standing on a padded floor. Wear or bring comfortable long pants and socks.
