Owner Sofia Manay traded up her Richmond taco stand for a place where she could cook dishes from her native Peru. The massive list of Mexican combo plates is far from exciting, and not every Peruvian dish sparkles. But bright-tasting ceviche mixto is authentically homely, and an order of antichucos (grilled sliced beef heart) is mandatory if only for its sauce, spiked with the peppery Peruvian herb hucatay.
