When: Sat., Aug. 6, 1-4 p.m. 2016
Do you like making cool drawings or learning about plants? Then join this workshop with Marley Peifer & the California Center for Natural History to improve your skills! Drawing plants can help us better understand how they work, what their different parts do, and how to group them into families. We’ll discuss tips and techniques for quality drawings and some basic botanical knowledge. Bring sketchbooks, pens, and pencils if you have them. We’ll also have some basic supplies on hand to share. After practicing indoors, we’ll draw some plants outside. This is a free event! $20 suggested donation.
