In an interview with Fox News host Greta Van Susteren, comedian Paul Mooney suggested some ways that Michael Richards could redeem himself for his infamous rant at the Laugh Factory in West Hollywood: Go perform that same bit at the Apollo Theater. Better yet, try it at the BET Hip-Hop Awards. Or: "He can come into LA and go to Watts tonight at midnight and wear red. And then when he comes back, we can talk." Famous both for his shrewd, off-the-cuff quips and his incisive writing (he penned many of Richard Pryor's early skits for Saturday Night Live), Mooney returns to his old Bay Area stomping ground at least once a year. He'll perform eleven shows nightly at 8 and 10 p.m., Dec. 26 through Jan. 1 at the Black Repertory Theater. New Year's Eve shows at 7 p.m., 9 p.m., and 11 p.m. Tickets cost $25-$100.
