When: Sept. 22-Nov. 10 2016
This 8-week community class series is about small changes that can create big health dividends. Learn what Oriental Medicine and Western Medicine can teach us about seasonal eating, super foods, and herbs and teas that heal. “For thousands of years, human lives and diets have been closely tied to the rhythms of the seasons—and for good reason," says Professor Nishanga Bliss, Dsc, Lac in her book “Real Food, All Year”. Nishanga and three other dynamic AIMC Berkeley professors will explore what Chinese Medicine has to say about food as medicine.
