Local musicians and fans, take note. You have until July 29 to register for Odawalla's "Rock the Bay" Ticket Giveaway and Contest. All registrants get a chance to win 2-day passes to this year's Outside Lands Festival. Bands may also submit an audition video, and jockey for one of those coveted performance slots at Outside Lands.
