New Menu Items at Ajanta!

Mon., May 7 2012
Voted the Best Bay Area Indian Food by Zagat for the past 4 years in a row, Ajanta is one of the best places to experience sophisticated Indian dining in the East Bay. The elegant dining hall features Indian artwork inspired by the caves of Ajanta. Through a changing menu they are now offering creative new dishes from all over India.

This month, Ajanta invites you to dinner and to try these 3 new dishes:
DAKSHINI GOSHT: Boneless cubed lamb pieces cooked in a sauce made with onions, tamarind, almonds, coconut milk, and spices including coriander, paprika and fenugreek (south India)
SEYAL MACHI: Fresh Ling cod or wild salmon fillets ($1.00 extra) sautéed, cooked in a sauce made with caramelized onions, turmeric, mango powder, coriander and paprika (Sind)
BABY SQUASH MEDLEY: Organic baby squash medley (zucchini, summer squash, and yellow squash), peas and paneer cheese cooked in a curry sauce made with tomatoes, garlic, onions and spices.

It is always a pleasure to see you at Ajanta. For more information, please visit our website.
