Good lord, more people yelled and screamed at the downtown Berkeley Marine recruiting station this weekend. According to the Chron, about 250 motorcycle riders converged on Berkeley to support the military, while remaining silent on the occupation of Iraq. As the bikers roared through town in waves of sixty apiece, opponents of the war rallied on the sidewalk, waving signs and denouncing the war. No one was arrested, although the two sides did occasionally, um, vigorously share opposing viewpoints with one another.
