This class teaches you how to apply mindfulness to the things you do every day—working and playing, cooking and eating, planning and parenting. Whether you are interested in self-care, relaxation, or finding deeper meaning, you can start with bringing awareness to the ordinary activities that make up your life. The course is specially designed for those who want to try mindfulness, but don't have the time, space, or peace to regularly sit in quiet meditation. Instead, we’ll focus on developing inner resources such as wide awareness, non-judgmental attitude, gentle concentration, and our capacity for caring.
