Learn Braising at Mägo

When: Sat., Dec. 7, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Join Chef Mark Liberman to learn the basics of braising. We will spend the morning talking about the various cuts of meat and vegetables that are appropriate to braise. Then, learn to make warm salad with braised fennel and citrus, beef pot roast, and pears with saffron, honey, and almonds.
