K.E.S. Boot Camp

Kinesthetic Exercise Science is the best gift you can give to your body, allowing you to exercise outside versus in a gym. The K.E.S. Boot Camp meets 5 days a week for 1 hour in a different beautiful Oakland location and offers a medium-to-high intensity workout.

Each boot camp includes a comprehensive warm-up, flexibility, resistance (strength and conditioning), cardio, and core routine.

The 5-week series begins Monday, April 19 from 6am-7am. Also, join us for our Fitness Center Grand Opening Party: Saturday, April 17 @ 1pm
