Rock & Pop

Ke$ha

When: Wed., Sept. 14, 7:30 p.m. 2011

Here are some things that Ke$ha's live show is known to include: glitter guns, copious blacklights, lascivious dinosaurs, pantomimed cannibalism, neon everything -- and, of course, all those Autotuned and creatively spelled dirty-pop party anthems we know and love, sung by none other than she, the high priestess of white-trash porno queens and studiously unwashed preteen party girls. Also, there's a guy whose sole purpose is to go onstage in a giant penis costume and dance around. Say what you will about the music, but this is for absolute certain: go to see Ke$ha with LMFAO and Spank Rock on her Get $leazy tour and you are guaranteed at least a week's worth of solid-gold water-cooler stories.  At the Fox Theater (1807 Telegraph Ave., Oakland) on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 7:30 p.m. TheFoxOakland.com
