In a management shakeup apparently related to other changes at the parent company of Ask.com, Chief Executive Office Jim Lanzone is leaving the Oakland-based search engine company, CNet reports. His replacement will be Jim Safka, the CEO of a venture firm that is a subsidiary of Ask.com’s parent firm InterActive Corp. Safka was formerly CEO of Match.com. No word of a comeback for Jeeves, the search engine’s erstwhile mascot.
