Meditation is not just something we do for a certain period of time - it is a way of being, a way of cultivating peace within ourselves, and by so doing, cultivating peace in the world. In this 6-week course, we will explore how to increase happiness and transform suffering through mindfulness meditation practice. Classes include various forms of meditations and postures, discussions and ‘homework’ to help you deepen and benefit from your practice.
