Inferno Theatre Presents the World Premiere of FEMALE, ASHKENAZI WITH A SEWING MACHINE by Jamie Greenblatt. The diagnosis of ovarian cancer sets a woman on a journey with her sewing machine to find her deepest roots. This piece has strong visual, movement and musical components – while some scenes are naturalistic, the fantastic ones can be more emotionally authentic. Despite the subject matter there is humor. Directed and designed by Giulio Cesare Perrone, performed by Melissa Clason, Benoît Monin, and Crystal Brown, with live violin music by Carol Braves.

Price: $10-25
