When: Fri., May 19, 6-9 p.m. 2017
Graphic notation is the representation of music using non-traditional symbols, illustrations, photographs and objects. So visually exquisite, some graphic scores can be works of art in and of themselves. Bay area composer, improviser and sound artist Wayne Grim will be presenting his graphic scores, generative compositional systems and records made from seismographs. Opening: Friday, May 19, 2017 • 6:00–9:00 p.m. Other times by appointment.
