The first seating will include a four-course prix fixe menu with an optional $60 wine pairing, and the second seating will include a five-course prix fixe menu with an optional $70 wine pairing. Menu highlights will include American caviar, Maine lobster, Hudson Valley foie gras, hamachi crudo, grilled ribeye, and seared black bass. Gratuity included, tax excluded.
