After shutting down for a remodel, the Graduate Hotel’s restaurant emerged with a fresh look and new leaders from the Kronnerburger team. With wood-paneled walls, olive-green booths, and sparkling marble tabletops, Henry’s feels both classic and contemporary, with an extensive menu of bar-appropriate bites, complex salads, and elegant entrées. Breads, buns, and pastries hail from San Francisco’s famed Tartine Bakery, adding another layer of excitement to brunch and dinner. In the evenings, dishes excel with contrasting textures, creative flourishes, and a satisfying richness while still managing to feel light. The menu changes frequently, but given the Kronnerburger team, it should be no surprise that there will always be a hamburger available — and it’s excellent.
