Join beloved Senior Pilates Instructor Lila Heller to release tension, and restore function and strength to your neck and shoulders. Learn how to free up your breath and turn on the foundational support of your feet, legs and trunk so you can carry your head, neck and shoulders with more lightness and ease! You'll leave feeling relaxed, renewed and balanced in your neck and shoulders, armed with numerous Zhealth, Pilates, Yoga, Franklin Method and strength training exercises you can do at home. This will be a fun, informative, innovative and restorative workshop.
