When: Sun., Feb. 12, 12:30-1:30 p.m. 2017
This class will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga postures while practicing at an appropriate level of effort. We will work on Pranayama (breath control), Asana (poses), and meditation. Wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in. This class will prepare for you to enter beginning yoga classes with confidence. If you have your own mat please bring one. If you do not have one, do not worry! We will have Mats available to borrow for free. This is a free yoga class and is appropriate for beginners.
