Orwellian language runs thick as slushie ice through a straw in a CoCo Times report on Joyco Foods, a new high-end frozen seafood shop in Richmond's Pacific East Mall. Owner Colin Chung sells seafood goodies such as Asian fish balls and abalone, harvested in New Zealand and processed in Vietnam. "Frozen food is almost better than fresh," a shopper tells the Times. Chung eighty-sixes qualifiers altogether: "Frozen is fresh," he says.
