Farm to Table Chocolate Truffles and Bonbons

In this hands-on workshop, chocolate maker Brian Wallace, founder of Endorfin Foods, will teach participants how to create their own luxuriously decadent chocolate truffles using seasonal ingredients and a range of fresh spices. We’ll spend some time taking the mystery out of the process, and we’ll leave time for participants to get their hands into the chocolate themselves so everyone has a couple of their own freshly made treats to go home with.
