Family Day @ BAM/PFA!

Sun., June 29 2014
Bring the whole family to make art with guest artists at this free all-day event! Play with one hundred pounds of clay; create with collage and stamps in a workshop focused on color. Explore the galleries with family tours at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

At 2 p.m. tap your toes to a cappella ensemble SoVoSó's mix of jazz, gospel, and world music. Family Day culminates at the PFA Theater (2575 Bancroft Way) with short films adapted from beloved children’s books. Followed by a reading and show-and-tell by children’s book author/ illustrator Christy Hale.
