The Clintons may be licking their wounds, but dynastic politics are still alive and well in the East Bay, as Loni Hancock cruised to a surprisingly easy victory. Hancock picked up over 56 percent of the vote, trouncing former state Assemblywoman Wilma Chan by more thirteen points. Now it’s off to November, where face Republican candidate…ah, who cares what his name is.
