Eat Pray Lulav: A Sukkot Harvest Festival

It's time for Sukkot, the Jewish "festival of the booths," in which eating alfresco is biblically ordained. On Sunday, Oct. 7,  "Eat, Pray, Lulav" -- the second-annual Sukkot Harvest Festival at Urban Adamah Farm (1050 Parker St., Berkeley) -- features farm tours, composting demonstrations, wheat-grinding lessons, hands-on harvesting, live music, a local tea bar, local kosher organic edibles, and food-prep stations boasting pizza, pickles, and more of the season's best. 2 p.m., $8-$20. 510-649-1595 or
