Dr. Seuss's Birthday Party

"Did you ever fly a kite in bed?" Dr. Seuss asks in One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish. "Did you ever walk with ten cats on your head?" Half a century ago, the author also known as Theodor Seuss Geisel was already urging young readers to think far, far outside the box. Festivities at his 104th birthday party on Saturday, March 1 at the Kensington Library (61 Arlington Ave., Kensington) include a dramatization of Green Eggs and Ham and real green eggs and ham to eat.
