Best known for his "True Hollywood Stories" skits on Chapelle's Show -- and for being Eddie Murphy's brother -- Charlie Q. Murphy is a consummate actor and an animated storyteller. Take his retelling of the time that he went to Prince's house for an after-party, and the pop star challenged him to a game of basketball. ("How about you and your friends versus me ... and the Revolution?") Murphy's stunning revelation -- that the ruffly, purple cat in the Zoro-tight figure skater outfit could actually ball, man -- was probably the best "Hollywood Story" disclosure to air that season. Catch Murphy at Tommy T's Comedy Steakhouse (5104 Hopyard Rd., Pleasanton) Thursday through Sunday, July 24-27. 7, 7:30, 9:30 p.m., $25-$45. TommyTs.com
