Rated PG-13 88 minutes 2010

Amusing-but-labored documentary (or is it?) shows what happens when a New York photographer named Nev Schulman – brother of Ariel Schulman, co-director with Henry Joost – forms a Facebook relationship with what he believes is a precocious young Michigan girl who paints pictures. The plot thickens when Nev and the girl’s “older sister” fall in love without ever having met. Uh-oh, get ready for a lesson in online street smarts. You can guess the rest. (94 min.)
